Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.  Customers will receive an email confirmation when their order has shipped or is ready for pick up.

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout begin after the order has been processed.  Delivery times may vary because of the carrier delays., weather, holidays, or other circumstances  outside our control

Pickup orders are usually ready within 24 hours.  Please wait until you receive a "ready for pickup" notification before coming to the store.  Bring your order confirmation when picking up your purchase. 

Order Accuracy 

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.  Please contact us as soon as possible if address needs to be corrected.  We cannot quarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays are generally outside our control.  Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost so we can help review the issue.
